Does Labodia have a store?

Labodia doesnt yet have an online store. We are working on it though so watch this space!
We do provide Free Events or Demos so dont hesitate to request us bring something out to your facility for viewing or trial – simply lodge an inquiry through the Distributors & Demos tab.

I want to get a quote on something, can I get one for multiple items?

Yes. Simply send an email or fax through the quote request form which you can download from the Support > Downloads page with your items of interest listed. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

You don’t have all the products I am looking for, what do I do?

Call or email at your convenience! Our policy of continual development means we may have the product you need, and it may not have been formally released yet. If we don’t have it, we’ll certainly do what we can to point you in the right direction, or simply source and supply at your convenience.

I am an not in Switzerland. Can I place an order?

Yes!  We export daily. For details please contact our export department.

Can your products integrate with our existing facility structureoperations?

Yes! All our systems are fully customisable and can be tailored to your individual requirements and existing equipment. Contact your personal representative to discuss your options.

Do your prices include Mwst. / TVA?

No. All prices are tax exclusive, and will attract the recievers local tax rate.

What happens if my product isn’t in stock?

Most consumable / everyday products are available within 3-5 days of order. If we are out of stock we will immediately contact you and advise the new delivery date.
For larger equipment, upon receipt of your order, we will be in contact to confirm a delivery date.Back-ordered items attract no extra charges.

What is the cost of delivery?

All items attract a minimum charge of CHF 15, or more as may be applicable to the order.

Do I have to pay two delivery fees if my order is split or some of my order is delivered later?

No. If we have to split your delivery there will still only be one delivery charge.

What is the time of delivery?

Most orders will be delivered in less than 5 working days. If it is to be otherwise you will be contacted to confirm.

What is Labodia’s Return Policy?

In line with our 100 / 100 guarantee, if your not happy with your purchase, and the item is un-damaged & nun-used, you may return it within the 100 day period.

I have received my order but the items are damaged. How do I organise an exhange?

Contact us immediately and we will arrange replacement and return at no cost.

What do I do if my sweets are not with my order?

We will send you a pack immediately – simply let us know via phone, or email.
